Imperia MindSpace – Offices on Golf Course Extension Road
Imperia MindSpace is an office development in Sector 62 on Golf Course Extension Road, about 7 minutes from Golf Course Road and close to the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro station. Its specifications include 100% DG power backup, independently controlled HVAC, high-speed lifts, solar power systems and a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. Possession was originally due around 2016–17 under many buyer agreements, and HRERA Gurugram has issued several orders on delayed possession. In 2024 some towers received a partial occupation certificate, and Towers D, E and J a conditional OC. Imperia's Insolvency (CIRP) – What It Means
On 31 August 2023, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in New Delhi admitted Imperia Structures into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process on a petition by MindSpace unit holders over unpaid assured returns. An Interim Resolution Professional was appointed and the company's board was suspended. During CIRP, the resolution professional manages the company, and homebuyers and investors are financial creditors who must file claims. The outcome, whether a resolution plan, settlement or another route, decides how pending projects are completed.
- Existing allottees: make sure your claim is filed with the resolution professional, and keep your RERA and consumer-forum orders on record.
- Resale buyers: buy only units with an OC and clear title, and check whether the CIRP affects transfer or dues.
